News from UNAKRT: NUON Chea and KHIEU Samphan Sentenced to Life Imprisonment in Case 002/02.

NUON Chea and KHIEU Samphan were convicted of committing, through participation in a joint criminal enterprise: the genocide of the Vietnamese ethnic, national, and racial group.
NUON Chea alone was convicted for the crime of genocide by killing members of the Cham ethnic and religious group on the basis of his superior responsibility.
