April 30, 2026Webinar: So You Want to Be an Ex Pat Lawyer Part 1-Internships and Employment in the United Nations and International NGOs
The Federal Bar Association – February 2026
I had the pleasure of taking part as a panelist in the first session of a four-part webinar series exploring the opportunities, challenges, and practical realities of using legal credentials in the international employment sector.
This session focused on career paths within the international organizations, the United Nations agencies, and non-governmental organizations. Together with other practicioner who have direct experience in the field, I discussed how to identify opportunities, navigate application processes, and understand the distinct expectations of international institutions and NGOs.
The panel also offered participants practical guidance, insights, and a clearer framework for approaching careers in this highly competitive and uniquely structured professional environment.
